Can I buy directly from Origin Trove?
We do not have a cart or checkout for retailer products. Select the named retailer button to open its website, then check its current price, exact edition, delivery and return policy. That retailer processes your order and payment.
Will a retailer ship to my country?
Delivery varies by retailer and product. Set your destination country on the seller’s site before comparing the delivered total. We do not promise holiday arrival dates.
How do I choose the correct book edition?
Match the medium, language, part or volume, ISBN and binding. A comic and prose novel can share a series title. Check those details against the seller’s listing before ordering. Browse books by medium.
Where do product ratings come from?
Displayed scores come from the named retailer’s product listing, with the score, review or rating count, source link and check date on the product page. They are not reviews submitted to Origin Trove. Some retailer scores cover multiple product variants; those listings include a scope note. Unverified scores and store-wide ratings are not shown as product ratings.
Have you tested every product?
No. Our listings are researched selections, not hands-on reviews. We use linked publisher, manufacturer and seller information, alongside our own buying considerations. We do not invent test scores or customer reviews.
Do the room pictures show the exact products?
No. Room images are labelled original AI concepts. Linked items are similar options. Use the actual product page and the seller’s dimensions when deciding what to buy.
How do affiliate links work?
Only links specifically identified as affiliate links may earn us a commission under the relevant program. Current ordinary retailer buttons do not. Read how shopping links work for the current status.
Where are my saved finds?
Open Saved finds on the same browser and device. Your list uses local browser storage, without an account or cross-device sync. Clearing site data can remove it.
Are the downloads really free?
The Origin Trove watchlist CSV, collection tracker CSV and reading-journal PDF are free for personal use, without an email signup. Open a resource page and select its download button. CSV files open in a spreadsheet application; the PDF is a printable document.
Who handles a return, refund or damaged parcel?
The retailer that sold the item. Keep your order confirmation and contact its support team. Origin Trove cannot view, cancel or refund your external order.
How do I report an incorrect listing or image concern?
Contact us with the page URL and the detail to review. For an image-rights concern, identify the image and your relationship to it. We review corrections and rights requests; attribution alone does not establish permission to reuse an image.
